Well we decided to go back to  Fort Duffield today since I was not able to go the last time. Man they need to have escalators there LOL that is a very steep hill. Got to the top finally and was able to look around.  It is a very nice spot that a lot of people probably don’t even know is there.  At the entrance there was a patch of flowers that was covered in butterfly’s which was pretty cool.  Had a few patches of them up on the hill as well.  Paul was excited because he got to play in the houses again. He had a blast going up and down the stairs and ladder and poking his head out the windows.  Got a few photos of him running around and of the butterfly’s will post them up when I get a chance.

When we got home we took a short nap and watched a few episodes of Stargate SG-1 then we went out and worked on mowing down the jungle we have outside.  Paul even helped me mow some.  Got the side and the back strip and half of the back yard done but it was so tall and wet it kept clogging the mower up.  Joe got out the weedeater and trimmed around the fence line and around the shed and trailor as that hasnt been done in awhile. Got part of the front side yard knocked down.  Gonna see if we can possiably finish it up wednesday. As im off again that day. With it being shorter it should be easier and faster. Will have to wait till later in the day again as just cant handle the heat or humidity which it rained last night but not alot but enough that the humidity is better thank goodness.

You know how people always say kids say the darndest things? Well they do the darndest things to.  Awhile back on our way up to town I passed Joe and paul in my car and they were in joe’s probe. Well paul stuck his tongue out at me and  I back at him. Well now, every time that Joe goes past someone he looks over and sticks his tongue out at them and goes neener neener neener!! and makes faces at them LOL.

Oh and Paul named the catfish in our tank Jason, it is the first time that hes ever named something other then Paul.

Well went to leave for work yesterday and had a surprise. I been watching for my alternator to go out again and got a thing from left field. My brake line on my car busted. Luckly I knew enough to realize something was wrong so I didnt just leave for work and find out when needed to stop and end up hitting someone. Joe looked under and saw it was spraying brake fluid out from the main line. So now I have to get a new brake line to put on. Hopefully that will fix it so will run again at least long enough till my vacation in 3 wks.

Well paul got into some poison ivy an now we know hes allergic to it as his arm is all broke out from it. We got some stuff on it and they are healing up if he would stop itching them and making it worse.

Things are starting to heat up here now that summer is here in full.  Switched the fans to blow down instead of up so that helps out alot. Still very hot though and get all sweaty if doing much other then sitting.

Well had a surprise visit from Joe’s mom and her husband. They came and picked me up from work and took me to the game. Paul was really excited that someone finally came out to his game.  Paul was a little to excited lol he was trying to show off and wasnt paying attention to the game, but he had fun so that is what counts right? He got his trophy from tball and he was super excited about that. According to him he is the Champion! He shows that to everyone he was so excited.  We got the photos that the coaches took and I will try and get the tball photos scanned in here soon. They were very cute and paul was cheeseing very big lol.
